Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- Active involvement in the design, planning, and further development of our hybrid server and infrastructure platform
- Technical ownership of defined infrastructure and platform areas within the IT team
- Close collaboration with software project teams on infrastructure, operations, and automation topics
- Participation in architectural decisions in the areas of virtualization, storage, and networking
- Operation and continuous improvement of the Linux and Windows server landscape
- Design and implementation of automation and standardization solutions (e.g. using Ansible and scripting)
- Establishment and continuous improvement of system hardening, monitoring, and patch management concepts
- Analysis and sustainable resolution of complex incidents as well as identification of structural weaknesses
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, operational manuals, and architecture concepts
- Professional exchange and technical sparring within the IT team
About You
- Completed IT education (apprenticeship, technical college, HTL, or comparable qualification)
- Several years of experience in system administration with responsibility in complex IT environments
- In-depth expertise in Linux and Windows server administration
- Experience with system hardening, monitoring, and stable operational processes
- Strong automation and scripting skills (e.g. Ansible)
- Experience with virtualization and storage technologies such as Proxmox VE and Ceph
- Knowledge of modern platform and container technologies (e.g. OpenShift)
- Very good knowledge of network technologies (LAN, DNS, VPN) as well as Active Directory
- Very good German and English skills

Our employees are our greatest value. That is why individual, market-compliant salary models are very important to us. We are legally obliged to advertise the KV basis for this position of € 46,000/year. We are, of course, prepared to overpay based on your individual qualifications and experience.
