At Evolit, you take ownership of core infrastructure areas and actively shape the technological evolution of our platform — in close collaboration with our development teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to the design, planning, and evolution of the hybrid server and infrastructure platform
- Take technical ownership of defined infrastructure and platform areas
- Operate and evolve the Linux and Windows server landscape
- Design and implement automation and standardization solutions (e.g. Ansible)
- Establish system hardening, monitoring, and patch management concepts
- Analyze and resolve complex incidents and identify structural vulnerabilities
- Create and maintain technical documentation
About You
What you bring:
- Completed IT education (apprenticeship, technical school, HTL, or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in system administration in complex IT environments
- Deep expertise in Linux and Windows server administration
- Experience with system hardening, monitoring, and operational processes
- Strong automation and scripting know-how (e.g. Ansible)
- Fluent German and English skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with virtualization and storage technologies (Proxmox VE, Ceph)
- Knowledge of modern container technologies (e.g. OpenShift)
- Strong knowledge of network technologies (LAN, DNS, VPN) and Active Directory

ab € 46.000,–/Jahr (KV-Basis)
We are legally required to publish the collective agreement baseline. Actual compensation is based on your qualifications and experience — and will be significantly above this.
